SUPER COOL FACTS: Green sea turtles eat jelly fish, seagrass and algae. They are year-round residents in the waters off-shore Bowen, enjoying the rich seagrass fields of Edgecumbe Bay. They migrate 100s of kilometres between nesting and feeding. Look for their heads poking out of the deeper water, they're watching you!

WHERE YOU CAN FIND THEM: Take a stroll down the foreshore jetty or along Kings Beach and keep your eyes peeled for sea turtles as they pop up to say G'day!
