PALM BAY RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum Nights Stay: Two Nights
Smoking: We have a strictly no smoking policy in all our rooms and in dining and recreation areas.
Key Policy: $25.00 charge if unreturned or lost
Damages: All damages to room will be charged to the guest and an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for excessively dirty rooms.
Cancellations: If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival date a cancellation fee will be retained.
If you cancel your booking after your balance has been paid 100% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
All promotions and specials are non refundable bookings. Full payment will be taken upon booking and cancellations and modifications will not be accepted by the property.
