STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full balance for the accommodation is required no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations or amendments received between 14 days and 8 days of the arrival date subject to a cancellation penalty of 20% of the total cost of all nights booked. Cancellations or amendments within 7 days of arrival "No Shows" or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of all nights booked. Guests must be aged 16 years or older to stay at qualia. A valid full drivers license is required to drive the complimentary golf buggy
FESTIVE SEASON TERMS & CONDITIONS
The full balance for bookings over the festive season is required no later than 1st November. The credit card you have authorised for payment of the initial deposit will be automatically debited unless otherwise arranged. If we do not hear from you prior to this time we will take it that you have authorised us to deduct final payment from this card. To settle your balance using an alternative form of payment please contact us. Cancellations and amendments received prior to 31 October will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value. Cancellations and amendments received from 1 November No Shows and or Early Departures will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of booked nights (ie: penalty will equal the total cost of all nights booked).
We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
